I have a home LTE internet connection, due to Orange unable or not willing to provide cabled connection at my location, since 2016. Recently I tried to search for fiberoptic, but that is not an option neither, maybe in 2020, but my address is missing from the first stage of the Fiber Optic development aided by the EU. So only LTE connection.
A week ago signed a contract to replace the previous Plus offer with the Orange one, but the service is worse than I expected.
My issue is this, as in the title,

Yes, that ping value is more than 23 seconds!!! Usually it is between 60-150ms, but there are periods when it creeps up to 1000-2000 then 10000-20000ms. I have seen values above 30 seconds. 8.8.8.8 is Google's DNS.
This level of ping causes that the internet connection is not working for minutes time to time. The modem/router doesn't disconnect it keeps connected, but there is no option to open a website and music/video streaming stops, like Spotify or Youtube.
My wife tried to call Orange yesterday, but the woman who she was talking too was rude and ignorant. The lady from Orange told her, that it is mobile internet so she can us i another location. With all my respect, it is a home LTE connection, I want to use it at the address where I ordered it. Then the lady told, that somebody is jamming their equipment at that location and it would be fixed by the 25th of October. (It is more than 3 weeks until that.) My wife asked her to send a documentation about this, and she told that she has sent it by email, but this was a thick lie, one of the plenty what I have heard from different Orange representatives during the past monthes. She has never sent any document about the jamming or the malfunction of the equipment. I am still waiting for it. But I have no hope that it is true what she told in the phone.
I've tried to call Orange, but as not a Polish speaker I stuck with their few English speaking operators. I've talk with two guys, both of them told me that they have to transfer my call to the mobile department. Once I waited 20 minutes and stopped the call, the second time I gave 10 minutes, because the guy in the phone told me before transferring my call, "just a second".
I would be happy if someone from Orange would contact me or my wife and explain how is this qualifies for an LTE service when the ping is 20-30 seconds for minutes. And the connection is not working multiple times a day.
I am in Wschowa, Lubuskie. The router/modem uses the base station in Pryczyna Dolna to connect to the Orange network.
I am think of ending the contract as soon as possible if this issue cannot be resolved soon.
Any useful advise or information is appreciated.
