Cannot Login

Hi, I am really confused, I was able to access my orange account a few days ago but now unable to do so. I have an account for nasz.orange.pl (this has a username) and also a email login for the account that allows me to view my account. 

When I login using my email as username it now takes me to a 404 page. When I login with the username it says I must register on the new system, but when I try to do this it says another account has my phone number (which I guess is the account I login with my email address)

Any ideas?

@jpol1234forum You should be logging in with your email address. If you have any problem with logging in, please contact the consultant. Call hotline 510 100 100 or on chat https://www.orange.pl/view/kontakt

If you get a 404 error, please try to clear the cookies in your web browser

@jpol1234forum I had the same problem. You have to call the hotline: 510 100 100 and ask for the account to be deleted. Once the account is deleted, please re-register to your e-mail address.
