Impossible to reach Orange support from abroad

I’m currently abroad, and I accidentally let my Orange phone number expire. I have been trying to talk to someone at Orange for the past month, but I wasn’t able to reach anyone speaking English. I still have the SIM card and the PUK code. The longer this drags, the more I’m worried that I won’t be able to get the very important phone number back online.

I tried calling 510 100 100, but it disconnects me, stating that calls from abroad are not supported on this hotline.

2. Do you have the "Mój Orange" ("My Orange" in Polish version) app installed? You can connect directly to customer support there—not just by phone, but also via chat. I imagine that if you write in English, someone will likely reply in English...
