Obecna wersja Nowy Mój Orange uniemożliwia rejestrację użytkownika nie posiafającego numer PESEL, chodzi o obcokrajowców. Może dla takiej grupy osób wprowadzić wewnętrzną identyfikację, np. po przez numer konta.
