Firebox 6 nie nawiąże stabilnego kontaktu z moim Androidem Samsung Tab s6 również z moją Samsung Tab 2. Miałem tutaj pomarańczowych techników i nie mogli sprawić, by firebox działał poprawnie, a jeśli ponownie zadzwonię do Orange, znowu będzie to kosztować czy możliwe jest oddanie firebox 6 i uzyskanie wcześniejszego modelu?

być może pomogłoby to rozwiązać problem. Pomarańczowi technicy byli tutaj, kiedy otrzymałem firebox 6, ale nie mogli pomóc, nie jestem technikiem, więc jeśli nie mogą tego zrobić, to ja też nie,

@manton zadzwoń na infolinię lub napisz na czacie i poproś o zlecenie wymiany FB6 na FB3. Potem że zleceniem wymiany udaj się do najbliższego salonu i wymień.

Możesz jeszcze rozdzielić pasmo WiFi 2,4 GHz i 5 GHz. Tu filmik, jak wykonać rozdzielenie pasma:

Po rozdzieleniu, sprawdź działanie internetu na tabletach.

Na początek sprawdź czy problem występuje dla 2.4GHz czy 5GHz poprzez wyłączenie jednej a potem drugiej sieci w funboxie.

W jakiej odległości występuje problem?

@manton jak wyniki z rozdzieleniem pasma WiFi? Coś działałeś w tej sprawie, czy jednak podjęta jest decyzja o wymianie sprzętu?

l have not been able to do this and because l cannot speak Polish the YouTube vidio is all in Polish l am writing this on my laptop, because on my samsung tab s6 lite will not connect to the wifi l have tryed to contact orange over chat but as soon as l say l am English they say l must call a 0800 number and that takes a long time and does not always work also it cost a lot, l have found the firebox on my laptop and can see it has 2.4 and 5 GHz. if l know it is the firebox l could go to orange and say l want a new one then l must get orange to install it and for that they want 150 zl if it will be better l dont know, or maybe it is the s6 lite and l could also take it back this l also brought from orange l would lose all my daten and l still will not know which one is not working right l wish the technicians at orange were better.

@manton In funbox6, you should turn off wifi6 in the router menu and check if the wifi on your smartphone will connect then. It is also worth separating the frequencies into 2.4GHz and 5GHz by giving them different SSID (names), but leaving the same password

l have now given them a new name and the tab is on 2.4 GHz seems to work.
