Hello, I really need some help. I am in the UK and my orange sim card ( free card ) is in my modem in Poland ( used to control the lights at my house )

The history is that I originally put 50zl on, which last approx 90 days. I then paid 25zl to extend this. All was working fine but I think my connection has been cut! 😞

This is what I see ( I translated it but it still makes no sense to me ). What does blocked funds mean?

On the 5th Feb 2019 with 25zl. I was under the impression that would take me to 15th Mar 2019 ( the date on the screenshot )

After top up with 25 zł (PLN), validity of funds is 31 days. So 8th of March was the last day of validity. If you again top-up during the week (up to 15 March) , funds will return.

After top up at least 5 zł (PLN), I recommend you to active "Konto ważne rok" :

Funds will be valid one year after activation of this service. It costs 3PLN if the number has an internship below 3 months, else it is free.

In addition, the internet bonus for top-up is valid for a certain number of days.

Thanks for the explanation, but it seems we have different screens. I have just paid 25zl, this is what I now see ( images below ). I cannot find the screens you show....

Sorry, i just saw that you have old version of ecare system. I don't know if there is option to do this (check second tab "Zarządzaj").

An alternative solution is migration to the new ecare system. Go here http://orange.pl/twojekonto/rejestracja (all unfortunately in Polsih) to switch to new version.

Do you have the option of sending a text message from a modem in Poland?

At the moment I cannot send a txt from the modem, but will be able to when I goto Poland at the end of this Month.

So for the moment I will just stay on the old ecare system.

Now that I have paid 25zl will my connection come back to life? ( Maybe I need to wait until my router resets which is every 6 hours )
