Cannot Login

Hi, I am really confused, I was able to access my orange account a few days ago but now unable to do so. I have an account for nasz.orange.pl (this has a username) and also a email login for the account that allows me to view my account.

When I login using my email as username it now takes me to a 404 page. When I login with the username it says I must register on the new system, but when I try to do this it says another account has my phone number (which I guess is the account I login with my email address)

Any ideas?

If you get a 404 error, please try to clear the cookies in your web browser

@jpol1234forum I had the same problem. You have to call the hotline: 510 100 100 and ask for the account to be deleted. Once the account is deleted, please re-register to your e-mail address.
